18/00846/FUL S1 Development, Ocean Drive (‘Skyliner’) residential development of 237 flats over 4 apartment buildings with heights of 7, 13, 11 and 9 storeys, with a commercial unit, car parking and associated landscaping. application fully revised – part of site near roadway belongs to Forth Ports; also affect strams consultation broadly supported, except entrance/exit to development would be very close to that of the Cala development and proposed tram route.
