• D Tharby noted
  • LHNCC is in surplus, despite paying for public liability insurance, MS365 and minutes/website management.
  • LHNCC made a one-off payment to EACC
• The accounts were approved as-is (nem con)
  • Action: D Tharby and J Marlborough to physically sign hard-copy of the accounts, then submit them to CEC.

6 Demit of current office bearers and election of office bearers

J Marlborough was thanked for here many years of intense service on LHNCC, by Cllr Faccenda, LHNCC and other CCs.

There were no other nominations other than those noted here. All nominees were willing to take on the roles.

• Action: LHNCC to try to recruit new members, so that a secretary can be found
• Action: E Dick to arrange for the chair to receive Secretary emails pro tempore
• Action: E Dick to sort Chair and Treasurer email accounts
